Dettol and Me

i  never bothered to know when i became the brand loyal customer of dettol but the dettol case study as an assignment in marketing made me to discover how i became brand loyal to dettol soap.When i was at my home i used soaps which my mom or dad bought in the house but i went to the hostel in the year 2003.My mom gave me few soaps while leaving for the hostel which got over in few months and that was the time when i had to decide which soap i will use. I bought medimix thinking this soap has so many benefits as we can use this to wash our hairs and bath both and it is herbal too but it didn't attract me for long and i switched to Hamam because that soap i had used in my childhood days then i went for Lifebuoy.I do remember that i bought 6 lifebuoy at one time with it i bought dettol liquid also.In my bathing water i put half spoon of dettol and used lifebuoy soap to my body.But its hard smell restricted me from opening the third packet.As i was using liquid dettol in my bathing water made me to buy dettol soap and this entire saga happened in one and half years.

From that day onward i didn't use soap other then dettol.   

Holi 2010

down the memory lane.....
Holi of 2010 .... the last holi which i celebrated to the fullest.After that there were 2 more holis which were hardly enjoyed by me. on 2010 holi i was amid my college friends there was a great hope of doing well in professional life.till date life had seen many failures but friends were there to overcome those failures.i do remember how i enjoyed at Gunjan's place where i was logging on my sabbatical.i was just two months away from my move to Mumbai.Luckily none of other flat mates went to their home.i was offered drink from  neighbor.me and satyam enjoyed the drink himanshu singh aka 'sanda' was bathed by us in colors and waters and happiness was on its extreme.Gunjan was super excited as usually as he used to be for other things.i went to Anuj from where he took me to one of his relative's and colleague's.i got a glimpse of family and friend both.and at last but not the least i visited my friend's house i.e Manas Kumar's.Though Manas was not there i was so close to him that i didn't control my self from meeting his family.that was the last holi which i celebrated to d fullest.


holi of 2011..... A happiness was there of joining saas bina sasuraal and beside that happiness i was happy for getting off after 14 continuous working days.At that time i was living in one of the very famous tower of Malad west i.e Dheeraj Solitaire where i was logging with few IT guys who were hardly interested in enjoying life.i went down and found so many people are playing holi though i didn't know anyone, i thought of joining them. I joined them and played holi with few unknown, there were people of all age group and most probably from all places of india as i saw biharis,punjabis,gujus,Rajasthanis,south indians, a few north eastern's and one or two firangs were also spotted. stayed there for an hour or two,bought some color balloons and thrown on any one i wished and no one objected for this.then i came back and took bath and went to iit mumbai where my childhood friend was studying that was the end of the holi.

Holi of 2012....it's been more than a year being working for saas bina sasuraal. we were working hard from last one week to have a off on holi but unfortunately we didn't get any off on this day and we were suppose to shoot on this very day too.Luckily shift was of two PM i got chance to go to Chandan sir's place where i mt with chandan sir and shivendra and from there i directly came for the shoot

Captain Laxmi Sehgal known to only few

Laxmi Sehgal's name was not as popular as she was supposed to be though she was an active social worker . she fought with injustice wherever she saw injustice happening and she had served the country with every ounce of strength she had.She was an indefatigable fighter of social,political and economic emancipation.Her mother was an social activist and father was a lawyer which made her closer to the problems which india was facing which bought her forward for social causes which she did.When Subhash Chandra Bose felt that a women regiment was required in the Azad Hind Fauj then she was given the post of colonial in indian laal sena in Jhansi ki Rani regiment.She got married to Captain Prem Kumar Sehgal in March 1947 at Lahore. later she moved to Kanpur,where she started practicing as a physician.She joined communist party in later part of her life as she believed in communism.She even stood  against APJ Abdul Kalam in the year 2002 for the presidential election.She was very  sure of her defeat but she used the platform to publicly scrutinize the poverty and injustice allowed  by political system to grow.when she passed away Media claim that she was very famous but i didn't  see her popularity anywhere close to Rajesh Khanna's.When Rajesh Sahab died, all of us updated our status on FB for peace of his soul.when Laxmi ji died  i saw very few updates on FB.If Rajesh Sahab entertained the masses then she fought for thier rights.

Rahish Auto wala bhai and me

i was getting late for the shooting.i took an auto because by auto i can reach much before than bus.I was cutting my nail as i had not cut it at home.i thought of utilizing the full time of my journey.When i started cutting my nail.Auto wala tried to stop me and said that you are not supposed to cut your nails like this after death you have to pick all these nails from your eyebrow.I thought how superstitious he is?but latter he revealed that it is muslims ritual which they are following from longtime.he stated one more thing  to support his answer.he said that "when we will die there only one father or mother for us".We all have to follow his rules and regulation.i developed interest  in him and i asked for his number.his number was full of 0s and 7s.I said to him "bada VIP number hai dada".
Then again he replied with an surprising answer u r the third one whom i am giving my number.
Things came in my mind after listening this
Do they don't need to have a proper networking?
Mobile has made its reach to everyone but still there are people who don't know how they can use this to build a proper networking ?and no one can deny that a good networking won't help that auto walla .
After mobile kranti we are supposed to run mobile ka istemaal kranti

Stuntman of bollywood are the unsung heroes of bollywood

Stuntman risks their life and limbs so that audience can get full entertainment.But they were not known to the audience.Sometimes security arrangements made for them is also not sufficient.Akshay Kumar who entered into the industry with an image of an action hero.Now,he also depend's upon these Unsung Heroes.These heroes are very less paid.As the stunts in the film is the most important sequence through which bollywood heroes looks more dashing but though stuntsman were not able to get the right wages and reward for their work.If these stuntman don't hesitate in taking risks then the reward should must match their work.
